Isha Creative Vision makes a documentary on world’s only
blind acupuncturist Dr Anil Kumar. Dr Anil lost his eyesight at
the age of 5 but showed remarkable grit and determination to
pursue his ambition of becoming a doctor. His story is an
inspiration to millions of physically challenged persons. Today he
is a sought after medical practitioner.He was also honoured by the
President of India as a role model for youth.
The documentary, directed by Deepak Parvatiyar, will be
distributed free by various charitable organizations in
India and abroad
and will also be shown on television channels around the globe.

no-interest loans from the Canwest-Hot Docs Funds in its first
round of selections. |
