  Deepak Parvatiyar  
 

Deepak Parvatiyar is the Chief Media Advisor of ICV, India and a Director of ICV, Malaysia.  He brings in rich experience in media content generation to the team. He is also the Content Editor for Institute for Customer Relationship Management (iCRM) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Deepak has hands on experience of content management across mediums – Print, Television and News Portals. He also received a letter of appreciation from BBC television’s production team for contributing as a consultant to their global documentary on Asbestrosis. Besides, he made several commissioned documentaries for ETV when he headed its Gujarat news bureau in mid-nineties. The latest documentary being directed by Deepak is on a blind acupuncturist. It is an inspirational story of someone who fought all adversity to achieve his goal.
 
Deepak has also written scripts for television news as well as Radio broadcast; his write ups were also aired in All India Radio's national news capsule "spotlight". As Chief of Gujarat Bureau of ETV, he was instrumental in setting up the ETV Gujarati channel in Ahmedabad in 2001. He had set up the ETV bureau in Gujarat in 1994. 
 
With sixteen years of expertise in editorial content management – writing, editing and research and thirteen years' experience in leading TV and print reporting teams, Deepak is well recognized in media. Prior to shifting his base to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he was an assistant editor with national news weekly Sahara Time and also Chief of its National Bureau. 
 
Deepak's views on various socio-political issues are often carried by international press. His reports have been referred to by prestigious institutions such as the Planning Commission of India and the National Commission for Women etc. 
 
Deepak is a prolific writer and his articles are published in several leading newspapers and magazines in India and abroad including Bistandsaktuelt (Norway), Agence France Presse (AFP), The Times of India, The Illustrated Weekly of India, Onlooker, Free Press Journal,  Rashtriya Sahara, Eenadu, Newstime, Sahara Samay and Sahara Time. 
 
Deepak’s chapter on former India Prime Minister Vishwanath Pratap Singh in a highly acclaimed Coffee-table monograph on Prime Ministers of India has been largely appreciated for his objective analysis of Singh, inarguably one of the most controversial leaders of his time. The book is published by ‘Bismillah: The Beginning Foundation’ set up in the memory of the late Shehnai maestro Ustad Bismillah Khan. The earning from the sale of the book will be used to protect and recognize Indian musicians, academicians and artists.

     
   
  Pranav Sahi  
 

Pranav Sahi is one of the most reputed and highly respected film makers from Eastern India. In the past 26 years, he has over 3000 Productions to his credit including many internationally acclaimed films, serials and documentaries. He is also an ex-member of the Central Board of Film Certification, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India. He joins ICV as Co-Producer and head of its technical team.  
 
Last year one of Pranav's documentaries 'Buddha in Bodh-Gaya 2007' has got an entry into the prestigious IDFA, Amsterdam and the International Documentary Festival in Italy. 
 
Among his notable works have been a cookery series "Royal Cuisines of India' for ZEE TV and a long running breakfast show on the National Network called 'GOOD MORNING METRO'. 
 
Pranav is basically a Cinematographer and has over 2000 films to his credit including films shot on 35mm film format, 16mm film format, Digi-Beta, Beta cam SP and new generation Digital formats. A large number of his films which he has filmed himself have won major awards and recognitions all over the world for camerawork.

His movie production company, Pranav Motion Pictures, (that offers strategic support to ICV), has produced films for different governments, satellite channels, as well as over 50 Films for UN agencies including UNICEF.

Apart from knowing important equipment suppliers, Pranav brings in his vast contacts of right technicians and international standard Cinematographers and Editors who even work on celluloid formats. His associate Mukul Varma is the pioneer of live television in India and is available to help us on certain ventures. 

     
   
  Vishal Duggal  
 

Vishal Duggal is Consulting Editor for ICV’s publications. He heads the scripting unit and handles the company’s media affairs and promotional activities.

Prior to joining ICV, Vishal was with the Sahara India Group  and headed its web editions. He was also closely involved in conceptualization, design and execution of Sahara Group's English weekly project and headed Sahara Time, a broadsheet weekly in English. He is also Consulting Editor with Geopolitics, a monthly magazine brought out from New Delhi.

Vishal holds rich experience of over 16 years across facets of journalism. He possesses the ability to formulate, strategically plan and put together editorial products like magazines, newspapers and web editions.  Skilled at reporting, writing, editing and re-writing news stories and features, he has a wide experience of undertaking content-driven initiatives and handling diverse tasks involved in the overall management of a media product.
 

     
   
  Dayal Bhatnagar  
 

Dayal Bhatnagar joins ICV as its Business Development Advisor for India. With a distinguished career in the Indian Information Service, he guides ICV towards its business growth. He is ICV’s point person for various government organizations. He brings in his vast experience in administration and financial management to ICV.  His experience in preparation of Daily Digests of news and views, Special Digests on emerging issues for President House, Prime Minister’s Office, Cabinet Ministers, and various Government Departments of the Union Government, at Press Information Bureau, is of immense value to ICV. He was also associated with compilation of achievements of all the Ministries/Departments of the Government on a year to year basis for more than a decade since 1991.  

Dayal Bhatnagar also has a vast experience in coordination of exhibition division of DAVP. In his illustrious career as an India Information Service officer, he was also actively associated with various conferences organized by the Press Information Bureau. He was involved in designing, production and setting up of an exhibition at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on the occasion of NAM Summit. He played a key role in designing, production and organization of exhibitions on India in Moscow, Leningrad and Pyongyang. He was also instrumental in designing, production, fabrication and organization of an exhibition on Ganga at Varanasi (Inaugurated by Prime Minister late Rajiv Gandhi) and later at Delhi, Kolkata, Durg, Allahabad, Kanpur and Ganga Sagar.

     
   
  Glen D’Souza  
 

Glen D’Souza brings in his creative writing skills to ICV and is also in charge of ICV’s business development and marketing in Japan.

An eminent writer in English language, he wrote the script for a documentary that was entered in an international religious competition and was placed first.  He has also written scripts and lyrics for children’s TV plays and is awaiting publication of a book on Motor Sports.

In Tokyo, Glen also teaches corporate English and business writing to businessmen and women and is an English language faculty in Berlitz (Japan). He has over fifteen years’ experience in Journalism and teaching. Coupled with a course in journalism he did at Institute of Advanced Journalism in West Berlin, Germany, he completed his teacher’s training degree (Bachelor of Education) through the University of Bombay and taught in high school and university.

Some of his students include NTT Do Co Mo, Cisco, BEA Systems, Oracle, Japan Energy, Shensei Bank and several top financial institutions and foreign run corporate houses.  

At ICV, he is pursuing his dream of offering his creative ideas to a larger audience.

     
   
  Omar Rajkumar  
 

Omar is in charge of marketing and business development for ICV in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. He has done his PhD in MIS (Thesis in BPR & Business Intelligence) from University of Hull, United Kingdom and is also an MBA in Mass Communication and Marketing. He also has a degree in Computer Engineering.

Omar heads ICV’s all IT-related research and software development programs. At ICV, Omar brings in his expertise in cyber marketing. He is a skilled general business manager and analyst with a proven track record of delivering practical, cost-efficient solutions to challenging problems and client requirements.

He has been around in the ICT industry for over 13 years. He looks after ICV and its client’s IT requirements and specifications, and market needs/opportunity evaluation.  

His accomplishments include developing strategic and long-range financial plans for a $3 million company in Indonesia; designing and implementing an improved mechanism, using PC-based modeling tools such as Excel and Access, for consolidating resource data submitted by Commercial and Engineering Managers, reducing turn-around time from ten days to 4 hours; setting and reporting financial measures based on strategic analysis and benchmarking; devising cost reduction targets as part of a global cost reduction program; introducing extensive Web-based services and applications for logistics, internal and external communication, scientific computing and finance using an integrated approach based on underlying SUN and ORACLE technologies. Besides, he has also managed and developed a computing infrastructure supporting over 150 users, including an extensive scientific computing network consisting of 50 Unix Workstations and a 1.0 Terabyte disk-farm, across 3 sites, including offshore installations, over a 2-year period.

     
   
  Athar Haque  
 

Athar Haque offers technical support to creative-isha.com and manages ICV’s all portal related projects.

Since early 2000 Athar has been working as Marketing and Information Technology Consultant. He is also Co-Founder and President of a not-for--profit organization, eHealth-Care Foundation, that was conferred the 'National Award' by the Government of India for Year 2004 for Exemplary Implementation for eGovernance Initiatives (Silver Icon) under ‘Innovative Operations and Best Practices’ – Professional Category.

His eHealth-Care project was also one of the finalists in the "Stockholm Challenge Award 2003/2004". 

Athar is a management graduate with specialization in IT from FORE School of Management. He also holds diploma in Marketing from Brussels Business School, Belgium. He has completed Certificate in Computer Application, Diploma in RDBMS (Oracle and D2K) and Certificate in Computing from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India.

He is a consultant to L N Mishra College of Business Management, Muzaffarpur and visiting faculty to the NRAI School of Mass Communication and Management, New Delhi. He is also technical consultant to National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC), New Delhi, Consultant to ONGC Petro-additions Limited (OPaL), New Delhi and advisor to Bihar Institute of Economic Studies (BIES), Patna.

He gives Annual Lecture to students of School of Business, George Washington University (GWU), USA.

He is also Executive Director at Radiance-Media, Delhi (PR and Media Firm) that looks after ICV’s public relations, and a Promoter & Founder of www.NRAINEWS.com / www.news-online.com .

  Ajit Kumar  
 

Ajit is in charge of  the public relations for both creative-isha.com and ICV. He also looks after all ICV events through his professional media company, Radiance Media, of which he is the managing editor and chief consultant. Besides, Ajit is also actively involved in research related to content development and auditing of the content of creative-isha.com

Ajit’s association with several social organizations in India is of immense value to ICV. He is also honorary president of The Oceanic Group, a non profit society dedicated to social welfare and cultural ethos. He is  also a guest faculty on Event Management at New Delhi based Pioneer Media School and NRAI School of Mass Communication.

  Murali Lal  
 

Murari Lal is a distinguished ICV panelist and an expert on Government matters particularly Administration, Finances, Accounts, Protocol duties and Office Management. He retired from the Government service on superannuation after 39 years of active service, in 2006 as an Under Secretary (Administration) in National Commission for Denotified Nomadic and semi-Nomadic Tribes. A highpoint of his illustrious career has been his contribution in setting up the erstwhile National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and re-set up of National Commission for Scheduled Castes and the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes after the bifurcation of the Joint Commission known as NCSC&ST.

     
   
  Farhat Usmani  
 

Farhat Usmani is a distinguished ICV panelist and an expert on communication. An Indian Information Service officer of Government of India, he was the Deputy Director (Media & Communication), Press Information Bureau, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India from 2005 to 2009 and retired from Government service on superannuation on 31.03.09.

He has a vast experience of translation, whetting, and editing the material (Press Releases, Features, Booklets, Folders, VVIPs speeches, summaries of General Budget, Railway Budget, Economic Survey, etc.) from English to Urdu and vice versa. Besides a Masters degree in Urdu from University of Delhi, he has done his Advance Diploma in Mass Media from  Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; Media Orientation Course from Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi; Appreciation Course in Parliamentary Processes and Procedures from Bureau of Parliamentary Studies, Parliament of India, New Delhi; Basic Course in Communication from Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi; Orientation Programme in Photo Journalism, Press Information Bureau (PIB), New Delhi; Training Programme in Radio News Presentation in English from Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi; Press Relations Course from Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi; Orientation Programme for the Journalists/Reporters covering the proceedings of Rajya Sabha from Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India, New Delhi; and, Refresher Course for IIS Officers from Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi.

     
   
  B K Sinha  
 

B.K. Sinha is a distinguished ICV panelist and an expert on editing and publication. He brings in his vast experience in the Government as an Indian Information Service officer.

After his retirement, he was engaged by the Government as a Consultant for the compilation, editing and publication of its prestigious and time bound project of the completion of 4 years of Government in office - a project which was highly acclaimed in higher circles.
In his remarkable career spanning almost four decades, he wrote several background and research papers, speeches for the ministers and their bio data, preparation of Daily Events of Important News, monthly Film and Press Bulletins, besides compilation and editing of the prestigious government publications like India: A Reference Annual and the Mass Media Annual.
Sinha has the professional experience of handling departmental publicity of the Government of India and the exposure of working very closely and interacting with various Central Ministers and very senior officials including the Secretaries of respective Ministries and Head of various Departments and be a part of the decision making machinery of the Government. He had also handled and organized media successfully at various forums including State and international level conferences and at important meetings where special briefings were arranged. He also held Press conferences and special Press briefings at times which were so crucial and important for being a professional PR.

     
   
  Rajnish Shekhar  
 

Rajnish Shekhar is empanelled in ICV and looks after various Agreement drafting, Legal Opinions on Media Law. As a lawyer he has ample experience of working in Corporate Law, Labour and Industrial Law. Besides handling panel cases he has also handled number of private cases before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals in National Capital Territory of Delhi.
